The Sanctum & Religious Rituals

The temple sanctum enshrines a monolithic, vermilion-anointed (sindoor-chola) murti of Lord Hanuman in an energetic, protective posture, holding the Sanjeevani mountain in his left hand and his sacred mace (gada) aloft.

The surrounding courtyard is shaded by mature peepal trees, offering a cool, meditative atmosphere where devotees can sit and recite sacred verses.

Tuesday & Saturday Devotions

Every Tuesday and Saturday evening, the temple witnesses a surge of energy:

• Group Chalisa Chanting: Scores of devotees sit cross-legged in unison to chant the Sri Hanuman Chalisa seven or eleven times.
• Sindoor Chola: Devotees offer pure desi ghee and vermilion paste to the idol in fulfillment of vows (mannat).
